Duplex - Flat Belt Slings
Offering low weight, flexibility and ease of handling. We sell simplex, duplex, quadplex and bespoke webbing slings with WLL from 500kg to 40 tonne.
The slings are colour coded to denote their different working load limits.
Ranging from 25mm to 300mm in width, our webbings can be made into slings of almost any length. While most of our webbing slings terminate with reinforced soft eyes, we can also offer slings which have steel end fittings, or which terminate with a wide range of different lifting components. As well as single webbing slings, we also make two, three and four leg sling assemblies. We sell bespoke slings and sling assemblies to customer requirements. These include extra wide slings, basket slings, weighted slings, lifting bags and webbing cargo nets.
Slings fully comply with the requirements of BS EN 1492-1 : 2000 +A1 : 2008, the UK & European lifting sling standard. All slings are CE marked.
View product specsEndless Polyester - Round Slings
Our standard range of seamless round slings uses a high quality, tightly woven single cover, which is colour-coded to denote the slings WLL. The cover encloses a load bearing core of high tenacity polyester yarn. Round slings with a WLL of 20 tonne and greater, have a heavy duty, diagonal weave sleeve, which gives enhanced abrasion resistance.
We also sell a range of round slings with double-ply covers, from 1 to 8 tonne WLL.
We can combine our round slings with a wide range of lifting components and also make two, three and four leg round sling assemblies.
High strength, low weight, cut resistant dyneema round slings are also available.
Manufactured to EN 1492-2 : 2000 +A1 2008 from 100% polyester high tenacity yarn and woven tubular sleeve, Safety factor 7:1
Round slings with a WLL between 20 tonne and 40 tonne have a heavier duty tubular sleeve with a diagonal weave pattern. For WLL between 50 tonne and 200 tonne, specification available on request.
